As an elite youth middle distance runner, I competed at the Junior Olympics and had success in high school and college at The University of Georgia, as a member of the Division I track and cross country teams.
I have worked within the business landscape supporting managers, executives, and key stakeholders at tech companies, non-profits, and fortune 500 companies.
I combine my personal experience of competition, success and failure, with an evidenced-based psychological framework in my work with athletes, artists, and executives.
